The groundbreaking ceremony for the new City of Kyle Library will be at January 13, 2011, at 1pm. The new 20,000 square-foot building, to be located at 550 Scott Street, includes computer rooms, meeting space and an outdoor plaza and amphitheater. The library will feature a limestone and brick design, similar to the new Kyle City Hall. Every meeting is now available through ustream.tv, a streaming video service, with free basic service.
